    I strongly do not recommend this seller and this store. The product was shipped late, it took more than 2 weeks to arrive, during which time the plant died and dried up! In correspondence, the seller blamed USPS for everything and me for not tracking the package. eBay issued a refund. Beware of irresponsible sellers!

    Dear Buyer, Thank you for your message. We are a small shop based on the West Coast, and to ensure the best chance of success, we typically only ship plants on Mondays and Tuesdays to allow enough transit time. Based on the photo provided, it’s difficult to determine the plant’s condition. As a courtesy, I’ve already reship the plant. Please note that plants may arrive looking dry due to shipping stress, but simply soaking them in water and providing sufficient sunlight usually revive.

    I’m surprised it didn’t crack in the mail but came in unbroken and was super cheap so I can’t complain. Great quality and looks the same as the photo.

    Seller never sent item. After contacting and being told it was "in the mail," decided to file a claim and request a refund. Seller refunded money. Would not do business again.
