  Item was late, but the seller sent a gift of a Smallrig selfie stick at no cost. The original item ordered was delivered to the wrong address in another state when I messaged the seller they refunded our purchase with no delays. Item was finally delivered, it was as described an open box, but looks in like new condition, overall satisfied with the transaction.

  Overall ok experience. Item got stuck at a post office for a few days. Normally I would say this isn't the fault of the seller. However, packing of this open box item left a lot to be desired. It was stuck in a CLEAR shipping bag with a little bit of foam. No box, just a loose phone cage with little bit of protective foam floating in a bag. It easily could have been mistaken as someone's personal property and not a package. Also glad it arrived in one piece. Guess it speaks to the durability

  This is a solid small light. Condition was like new with all listed items in the package. Great value for a like new item. Awesome seller. The pics and item description were helpful. Shipped fast and arrived ahead of schedule.
