    Item was late, but the seller sent a gift of a Smallrig selfie stick at no cost. The original item ordered was delivered to the wrong address in another state when I messaged the seller they refunded our purchase with no delays. Item was finally delivered, it was as described an open box, but looks in like new condition, overall satisfied with the transaction.

    Nothing but great value and quality from Smallrig. I've been shopping from them for awhile, and they never disappoint me. All of the 3 batteries' boxes arrived sealed and in brand new condition even though the ad was listed as "open box." Smallrig just went above and beyond. I love their products and their services!
