    Item arrived quickly however, we didn’t fully read the description and turned out to be the wrong part for us. Seller was very quick to resolve and accept our return. Refund was received instantly. Seller offered all the information for the correct part needed even though he didn’t have the stock. Would definitely recommend this seller

    After having someone try to steal the number plate light I approached VW who wanted £65 for the part delivered and searching everywhere I came across smallpartsdirect... Definite value for money with being over half main dealer pricing. Fast postage arriving a day before expected packaged perfectly and as described... Turned a small negative to a massive positive, I will definitely use their services again if needed!

    Arrived in perfect condition. Looking almost new and working as it should. Unfortunately it turned out that it was something else that was causing the issue I had with the car. After a message to the seller, explaining this, they quickly responded, and said that I could return the item for a full refund. I didn't expect that! In my opinion this says a lot about the seller. A big thank you. Colin
