  Purchased 2 pattern booklets from this seller. Items shipped promptly, arrived quickly, and in perfect condition. Clean, no notes or markings, no tears. All good. On the shipping fees, there was a misunderstanding on my part, regarding combined shipping for more than one item. I contacted the vendor and she quickly responded. She also gave me some needed instruction on how to handle in future. Am very happy with this transaction, and definitely would recommend this seller.

  Seller was very easy to work with. Received incorrect item initially and when seller was contacted was immediately taken care. She sent the correct pattern quickly at no cost to me and even told me to keep the incorrect pattern as well. Made a frustrating situation easy by apologizing for the mistake and making things right. Would purchase from this seller again.

  The book is exactly as described in perfect condition. I was told that it was delivered and I couldn't find it. My husband took the tracking number to the post office, and she told him that it says it was delivered. Well she started looking for it and we got it the next day. It's not the seller fault they did a great job packing it.
