  Paid for 7 days shipping. Not the seller's fault. USP must do a better job than telling me shipping will be delayed. If that's the case, then a partial refund must be given. Communication with seller was 10/10. However, the packaging (box) was a bit sketchy. The box was too flimsy.... club could have been damaged. Overall, very happy with the club. It's a winner, not to mention at a great price as well. As described!!!!

  Great value & condition. The appearance is exactly as described in the listing. The packaging allowed the side-burner to arrived in good condition. Shipping is a little pricey but is what it is now days.

  I received Left -Hand Rack instead of advertised Right-Hand Rack. No Model on Kohler box. I initiated a Return Request Within the Return Window. Rude response, but I got a Return Label. Box was carefully taped and label affixed to box item arrived in. The carrier severely damaged the box on its return, and possibly damaged the item according to the seller. Care of the item by the carrier is out of my control. Another rude comment about item condition, Seller deducted carrier damages from refund.

  The model number was directly on the box showing that its only a RH rack, then the buyer put a label directly on the kohler box and didn't double box like I did so it arrived completely bent, not due to the carrier but the buyers lack of care.
