    Purchased a new Galaxy Watch 5 Pro from this seller and passed on two other offers for the same item. After three days with no updates, a shipping label was finally created—only to be immediately canceled and refunded two hours later, without any explanation. I reached out to ask what was going on and didn’t receive a response until a full day later. The only reply was a refund and a brief “sorry for the inconvenience.” Disappointing experience with no communication or accountability.

    Ordered a Windows 7 computer for my 80 year old Mother, hers died and Windows 11 is too hard for her. Opened package and PC turned on as Windows 11, Sent reply to Slash Tech asking for help 20 minutes after it arrived. Plus sent 2 more emails over 3 days. No reply from them at all. It looks like a great computer just not the one I ordered. Went on Ebay and hit contact seller button but when trying to connect that way it will not let you send a message.

    Package was secured and arrived on time. Item arrived in pristine condition thanks to the high quality packaging. Samsung Galaxy Flip 5 was just as described... “NEW”. Thanks to the packaging nothing was scratched or damaged during shipping. Will most definitely be buying another new phone from here.
