    I did not get my package due to ebay's wrong address input, package was sent back to seller. Seller contacted me and said package was now damaged. Seller has great communication and went above and beyond to help my situation even though it was out of sellers hands. Very pleased with this seller!!!

    Great customer service. They did a final inspection on the part prior to shipping (shipping was quick!) and discovered a small clip was broken that was not noticed/listed in the listing. They quickly sent me a message informing me of the broken clip to see if I wanted to proceed with them shipping as is or cancel the order.

    We had a bit of an issue which I can’t really blame someone with used parts for. It happens. They were quick to address it and I appreciate that. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again but I will be a little more diligent before buying. This isn’t a knock against them. They sell parts for everything and eventually something will slip through the cracks.
