  Item arrived on time and as described. Very well packaged. Seller advised that a power cable was not included but i was content to proceed. Everything seems to be in good order thank you. I have not used much yet as the updates have taken time to upload and install.

  The PC I got developed what looked like an error with the hard drive. After contacting skyhightech I was offered good advice which I followed without success. The item was returned and refunded without quibble. Brilliant ebayer. Model seller.
