  Amazing. This item looks brand new - even better than the pictures and description. The care the seller took in wrapping and cushioning the teapot was almost like I've never seen before - so well done!   It is just as posted- in perfect condition, with original tags and paperwork. The shipping box was well done- very well packed for even the most ambitious gorilla! There was a misunderstanding with the posting and my purchase. I contacted the seller who was very gracious in understanding my misunderstanding. The seller made a nice offer to help me with what I originally had intended. They are very good with messaging and customer service.
