  New as described, Fast Shipping!! Product packed well! Box was crushed in corner that they put a FRAGILE sticker. Have had that problem with UPS before, I think when you tell them fragile they handle it worse! Thank you for great packaging!

  Item arrived in good condition as listed but got lost in shipping and another one had to be shipped causing it to arrive about 10 days late. Probably not the seller's fault, but the tracking number was no good on the one that got lost and I had to request 2 times before receiving the second to be able to track it.

  Wrong item shipped then had to wait for replacement to come from China when it was listed as available in USA. Item did not fit properly and had to modify it to make it work. Poor communication on top of it all made this a frustrating experience.
