    I have said my experiance was positive, the purchase and communication with the seller was fine, the cost and quality was good as well. Again though what spoilt the whole experiance was the delivery, seller dispatched monday, but evri shows the did not have it till wednsday , the day the order was supposed to be delivered, got notification delivery was to be Thursday, finally arrived FRiday. Just cant understand why sellers us EVRI they are beyond HOPELESS

    Initially the item that I received was faulty and did not work. I've emailed the sender and received a quick email back with possible solutions. The option I chose was the replacement. I got the item within the next 2 days. Very efficient service. That is what a good customer service should look like. Great seller.
