  Verpackung ist komplett und heil angekommen, die Puppe ist genau wie beschrieben. Nur DPD Mitarbeiter hat Paket, trotz Umleitung zur Abholstelle, vor der Wohnugstür abgestellt. Zum Glück am nächsten Tag Paket war noch da. Mit der Puppe bin ich zufrieden, das war teuer, aber immer noch zum niedrigsten Preis im Netz. Und kleine Macken an der Lippe (andere Puppe aus dieser Reihe hat noch schlimmere Defekte) nehme ich im Kauf ;)

  I was excited to order this item, but very disappointed upon receiving it. Though listed as 'New', the box was already opened and slightly damaged. It clearly didn’t match the description. I contacted the seller, hoping for a resolution, but was shocked by the rude and impolite response. I’ve never faced such an experience on eBay before. This has left me extremely dissatisfied. Would not recommend this seller to others.

  Order placed with excitement, confirmed by buyer’s own words. Then, buyer found a lower price on Amazon and requested a return before the item was even delivered. Now falsely claims damage, showing only an open box photo. Product was from a new sealed batch (100 units). Clear manipulation attempt. Case escalated to eBay and legal team.

  Product is as advertised, was promptly shipped and was very nicely packaged with extra bubble wrap. If anything, the communication from the seller could be a bit better (still waiting for a bill of sales). Still, would definitely buy from this seller again.
