  Item was as described, brand new in box and unopened. Shipping was fast. The item was well packaged and arrived safely. I'm extremely happy with my purchase. I have wanted this figure for a very long time and so happy I was able to buy it at such a great price! Amazing seller. 10/10 highly recommend.

  Figure was new in the beautiful packaging, but one of the wings did come damaged. It was hard to see in the box and the weight distribution of it was a bit strange so the damage was no fault of the seller and was probably because of shipping. I received a partial refund from the seller who communicated greatly. The figure still looks amazing and the quality is definitely there. Now that I've repaired her and shes on display, I am obsessed

  Unfortunately seller ran out of stock before shipping Nendroid, reached out immediately to communicate shortage, and cancelled the order without issue. Would try purchasing from them again.
