  my item arrived with one corner broken off & three tab sides & only one slot side (supposed to have two tab & two slot sides). I contacted seller & they responded right away & I gave them photos & they replaced the display case right away. highly recommend this seller. wish all sellers would behave this way.

  The item arrived in perfect condition & it was exactly as described. Just know that this item is shipped from China & it must go thru China's regulatory requirements first & then it must go thru U.S. Customs in Los Angeles, CA. Then the USPS gets it & for better or worse, you are then at their mercy. All of this adds a little extra delivery time & it is definitely not the shippers fault. Be patient, it will get to you.
