  Good value item when compared to the price of the original manufacturer's part. Item as advertised. Dispatch and delivery was OK, but a little on the slow side. However the packaging was only just a say passable considering the item bought was an electronic sensor (a sensitive part) and yet was not afforded any adequate protection whatsoever.

  Initially received the wrong items, I notified them and received a replacement within two days. In addition I recently saw the same product in a petrol station at £4.00 each. Am so pleased I purchased these and will most definitely order from this company in the furniture. Mistakes happen to everyone, but this seller both responded immediately and rectified the issue extremely quickly. An easy 5 star from me and highly recommended.

  Ordered the part ,then wasn't sure if it was correct part contact seller said don't worry send it back,but when it arrived it fitted so was well pleased with the company and their help ,price was excellent. The photo is of the old part

  Good Seller, purchased as Baxter are excellent replacements and listing shows Royal Mail 24 delivery /same/next day dispatch, however item didn't arrive on 1st or 2nd estimated date (which I waited in both days for) apparently sent with no tracking? when I contacted seller they gave an Amazon number that I was able to trace, dispatched on expected delivery date! and arrived 6 days later, very pleased with part but time scale not accurate and frustrating as car parts usually needed by all asap.

  Item arrived as described looks good quality. Would use the seller again they did everything they said they would. I recommend they change the courier service Amazon shipping were rubbish Amazon customer services 0/10. However the Amazon driver was a really good guy when he arrived explained what had happened and apologised very friendly. .
