    This was the second item purchased having been delighted with the first one received. Second item was supplied without any leads and did not work at all when powered up. Seller contacted and did best to resolve providing a replacement complete unit, but with only with 2 of 3 leads. Again once notified, seller provided partial refund to enable missing lead to be obtained from elsewhere. Cant fault the customer support but suggest that seller needs to check items being sold before dispatch.

    The item arrived quickly and was exactly as described, but the first one had a small fault. I contacted the seller and they were incredibly helpful and responsive—sent a replacement straight away with no hassle. The new item is perfect! Excellent communication, fast delivery, and top-notch customer service. Highly recommended!

    Item arrived promptly and as described. Had issues getting device working, but this was down to an issue with my computer. Seller was very helpful with communications when trying to assist in resolving the issue. Can recommend this seller. Thanks

    Package arrived promptly with no issues via Royal Mail. Item well protected for transit. Item as described per /photos. Haven't tested it yet but looking forward to hearing my old vinyl again. Very pleased with purchase and happy to recommend seller. Item received with many thanks.

    The Quality is really good, has 3 speed settings as described in advert . Comes with a carry bag which is very handy. Excellent value for money. I would fully recommend this product & seller . As seller communication was excellent. Comes with instructions & packaged in a box. I would buy again, I bought this for my daughter who suffers chronic pain & her feedback is that it's helping her alot .
