    Seller was very helpful in identifying and sending the part we needed. First time dispatch never arrived, so I paid 3 Euros extra for the items to be resent as a priority letter, which took 7 days to arrive. So I now have the part I needed plus two spare ones. Thanks!

    The seller was excellent! Originally they accidentally sent the wrong key but they were super kind and quick with a response when I messaged them! The right key was sent to me and my laptop was restored to its former glory ^_^ Both keys were in great condition and I can not recommend this seller enough!! :)
