  What a BEAUTIFUL handbag!! The photos didn’t do justice to the color & quality of the suede and leather trim. I appreciated, too, having the shipping/tracking information immediately available. The handbag was shipped in a box ample for its size and well wrapped in tissue paper to protect the suede. All in all, the Seller provided a excellent purchasing experience! Thank you!!

  When the box arrived it was completely smashed in despite the fragile stickers on the outside. I didn’t expect the lamps to be intact but they were so well packaged that they suffered no damage and were fine! I recommend the seller . They gave me a fair price for the lamps and were very honest.

  False advertising made in china not Germany. Arrived broken due to poor packaging. Seller offered $20 if returned next “wasn’t broken enough” outer box was so flimsy post office had to tape it and label it “damaged upon receipt” inner box had holes and was taped together. Absolutely no protective packaging for the fragile item. Seller denied poor packaging (see the photos!) and refused to address the false advertising (it’s a German item so it matters if it’s not made there as advertised)

  I was trying to fix the problem but Rude Customer cursing humiliating judging my packaging abilities,Box arrived damaged smashed by USPS, it happens i get it offered 20$ refund, buyer was not happy with that, i asked the buyer return the item and get a full refund, but buyer wanted full refund without returning the item, that is the summary, i get it why you are so angry :)

  Superb quality; these are top-notch. Postage from the USA to Wales (UK) was speedy; items very well packaged & great communication. Seller's a credit to ebay. Diolch o Cymru :-)
