The product was brand new, authentic and was fully sealed and wrapped with manufacturer seals. I would trust this seller again without a doubt. Great product. The video quality is definitely better than my top of the line flagship smartphone. I waited a couple weeks before leaving a review but now I am glad to say I am very satisfied. Great seller!   Great communication by the seller, item was dispatched quickly and packaged well. It arrived in perfect condition and thankfully it was combined with another order by the seller to allow me to save on shipping. I recommend this seller! The case itself is easy to use - it's relatively soft, which allows it to be installed on the mp3 player easily, and it fits well. It allows access to the audio jack and the USB charging port still, covering only the SD card slot at the bottom of the player.
