  Wiper was delivered to wrong address, and I never received it. Contacted seller and they immediately refunded purchase price. Great communications from them. I was so impressed with seller's actions I purchased replacement wiper from them. This seller seems to be a rarity in today's business world - someone who actually cares about their customer!

  THE SELLER EMAILED ME JUST TO VERIFY THAT THE BEARING THAT I WAS ORDERING WAS THE CORRECT ONE FOR MY CAR. THAT IS A GOOD THING TO DO. THE BEARING I RECEIVED WAS LIKE THE ONE PICTURED ON THE EBAY SITE. ALSO THE BEARING WAS IN GOOD CONDITION.
