    Wiper was delivered to wrong address, and I never received it. Contacted seller and they immediately refunded purchase price. Great communications from them. I was so impressed with seller's actions I purchased replacement wiper from them. This seller seems to be a rarity in today's business world - someone who actually cares about their customer!

    first off, I just want to say the customer service is above excellent, I ordered the wrong belt, this seller was thoughtful enough to contact me to confirm and then let me retract the bid, then set me on to the correct belt, the belt arrived quickly and well packaged, I installed it and it fit perfectly, the gatorback belt quieted my squeak in my 5.3 swap engine that had been bothering me. outstanding perchase, thank you!
