  Unfortunately items, clay pots, arrived broken despite being well packed, presumably in transit. Contacted seller who immediately sent replacement item. Can't say fairer than that. Thanks for great service.

  Fair price and despatched on time. Great communication. The only thing that let it down was as so often Yodel taking so long to deliver, they "had it" for 7 days. The seller would be better off using a different courier service even Evri (Hermes) do better than that. Personally I would be happy to have a choice and pay extra for DPD or DHL.
