  Vase barely survived the delivery when it arrived in a badly damaged box, part of the spike had broken off. The Vase has a sticker on it with a photo and wording, but there is an obvious duplication error in the wording. Seller apologised and assured me they were sending a replacement vase, I have not received the replacement and seller is no longer responding. The vase was meant to be a gift for a friend and I am so disappointed, it’s cost me over £13 and it’s only worthy of the rubbish bin 😢

  Received custom made label but instead of looking like a pinky colour as shown in the original listing it’s arrived like a grey colour. This does not really go with the bottle. I have messaged the seller a few days ago but have not heard anything back.
