  It arrived on time, however the colour of the Echo Show was white and not the colour I ordered, deep sea blue. The tracking number provided was also not right, but it came. We've decided to keep rather than send back however order with caution if you prefer tracking updates as the number provided didn't work therefore still says not dispatched on the order page. Good seller otherwise. Thanks.

  Absolutely fantastic reputuable seller. When my echo show arrived it had some screens issues, let the seller know via email and was sent a replacement the next day (swapped units) without any quibble or problems. The 2nd one works perfectly highly recommend this seller would definitely use again. Thank you for all your help and understanding AAAA++++

  Hob arrived quickly, undamaged and well packaged. Ola was great to deal with over emails, very helpful. Good experience overall. Not fitted hob yet but looks good 🤞🏻

  Initially promising, fast delivery and well packed. Described as "brand new won't turn on" and pictured with sealed documents, the same serial number item had clearly had the software bundle registered and the patch cables were missing. Opening it to repair, the ribbon connectors were tangled and twisted away from factory paths; clearly a repair attempt had been made and failed. Seller maintains it's as described and misses the point. Don't trust you'll only be dealing with manufacturing fault.

  Once again, the seller thinks "for parts" covers all - whereas describing something as “Brand New out of the box and will not turn on.” when it has been opened, accessories missing, and evidence of a previous repair attempt found is the issue. I'm not sending it for a full refund, because I can repair it and already put time in diagnosing - but I won't have a 'new' System 1m when I'm done, just a used one I had to spend time and money fixing when someone else may have caused more damage prior.
