  I PURCHASED THIS DVD ON JUNE 9th. I ASKED THE SELLER SEVERAL TIMES WHEN THEY WERE GOING TO MAIL IT OUT. I GOT ZERO RESPONSE. SEVEN DAYS LATER ON JUNE 15th THE SELLER PRINTED THE SHIPPING LABEL. ON JUNE 16th THEY FINALLY MAILED IT. THIS DVD WAS SOLD AS "BRAND NEW." I RECEIVED THE DVD TODAY ON JUNE 20th & DISCOVERED THE DVD WAS USED & HAD BEEN REPACKAGED. THERE WAS EVEN A STICKER ON THE REPACKAGED PLASTIC THAT SAYS "PREVIOUSLY ENJOYED." THE DISC HAS SCRATCHES ALL OVER IT. DO NOT TRUST THIS SELLER.

  The buyer could have returned the DVD if he was not happy for a refund. He never communicated to me that it was not to his liking. He sent me over 200 messages in three days asking about the DVD. I provided the tracking number. It was shipped out when the tracking number was provided. I have blocked him. This man is a psycho.

  ZERO COMMUNICATION SKILLS, DOESN'T RESPOND TO MESSAGES, LIED ABOUT THE CONDITION OF THE ITEM, SLOW SHIPPING TIME, WON'T TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR OWN ACTIONS, PUTS BLAME ON THE BUYER WHO IMMEDIATELY PAID FOR THE ITEM, ALREADY HAS MANY BAD REVIEWS FROM OTHER BUYERS, THIS PERSON HAS ALL THE SIGNS OF A BAD SELLER.   I made the wrong selection. I thought these were Bluetooth. However the product is great and new in the box. The price was lower than a store and they look great. AAA seller and would do business with again. Fast shipping also
