  I previously left a negative review when it appeared initially that they were going to be difficult to work with for a return, but they ended up going above and beyond. Not only did they pay for the return shipping, but they custom made the new pair of jeans to my measurements and shipped them expedited to the US to make sure I got them in time before leaving to go out of town. The new pair was much better, and they sent photos of the process every step of the way. Great experience.

  Absolutely brilliant all around. The quality of the denim and construction, attention to detail, the sashiko detailing in particular, craft, are fantastic. I had high expectations but the product surpasses them. Thoughtful inclusion of dust bag and extra/replacement buttons add to the experience and hint to the long-term intention of creating a quality heritage worthy item. Customer service and international shipping were absolutely top-notch. Very happy with this purchase and the seller.
