  Ordered the phone case, and it was delivered in a very reasonable amount of time at a good price. However, the wrong case was sent. I contacted the seller, sent them a photo of the incorrect case, and they shipped me the correct case right away. This issue was handled quickly and professionally. Mistakes will happen from time to time, and it is how the issue is dealt with that really matters. They made this transaction right, and as a result I wouldn't hesitate to purchase them in the future.

  Item as described and on time. Item was packaged in a bag that left the item vulnerable to damage, rather than in a box, but fortunately it wasn't damaged in transit. Good value overall, and helpful to be able to purchase just the replacement inner frame of the phone case.
