    Did not send items. Had a few excuses for why and I was always more than understanding but it’s been just shy of a month and still nothing. Opened a case as then have a reply straight away ask me to close it and they will send! Please be aware this is not something advertised as you can’t reopen it and seller knows this so please buy with caution. Should have read the feedback before buying as looks like I’m not the only unhappy customer! Had full refund via the case as seller refused to answer

    Real shame to see someone leave a review like this and try to damage a small business. The buyer purchased and explained her tributes were not urgent as they were for a memorial garden. fully bespoke sunshine and angel items will require specific stock which we needed to wait for. We kept the buyer informed of a stock delay but she opened an item not recieved case anyway. With the case open we knew she could opt to refund when on route, she then opted to refund once we had agreed to send.

    Thought I sorted all colours and name but didn't so got sent wrong item but excellent seller got full refund and I got another sent with what I wanted just in time thank you seller

    very upset over this purchase as i ordered Royal Blue roses and got sent white ones as Royal Blue was not available i was not aware of this if i was notified i would have been able to cancel the order seller did offer for me to return i explained to seller i have not done this before and due to health reasons i was unable to return i did not feel that this was a good experience at such a difficult time even though seller did say 10% discount caused a lot of distress would not purchase again
