    Shipping time was ok. Tracking was not great. That’s UPS though. Took over a week. Packaging: I was surprised that it was not plastic wrapped. Looks like it never got wet though. As described. Looks very nice. Value: Maybe a little high priced compared to other like items. I am very happy with it though.

    The Post Office lost the package, no fault of the seller. The seller was in contact with me the entire time, assuring me it would get there. I appreciated the contact from him. It did get here 17 days later. Tail a little flat from the box but hopefully can be combed out. Tell me how to fluff it please.

    Our transaction did not work out as to be expected due to the shipping carrier, I would highly recommend the Buffalo Shop to anyone. It was not their fault, nor was it mine, however, they refunded me the full amount of my order. The respond promptly to all communication requests. This is a great shop to visit and do business with them.
