  I ordered 2 of these lovely wee bears, unfortunately 1 was damaged on arrival. I contacted the seller and had a full refund within 3 days. I will definitely be buying from this shop again. Great communication and customer service. Beautiful quality and great value for money. It is battery operated not solar. I am still very happy with my purchase.

  The shipment took a bit longer than I expected, but throughout the entire process, the communication was excellent. I received a response to every question almost immediately. I ordered two belts for a 3D printer, but only one was mistakenly sent. However, I was immediately issued a full refund for the second item. The seller is trustworthy and highly recommended.

  Experience could have been improved if seller had been better at communicating as there was a mishap with postage and a lot our time was wasted sorting this out on a low value item. Not great business and hopefully the seller has learned from this. Seller did respond quickly though and did not dispute the refund request.

  A great buying experience throughout, with competitive pricing, free postage & prompt dispatch of my purchase. As anticipated, the package was shipped from China & hence it took 13 days to arrive, which was less than the original estimate & thus I cannot fault the overall service provided as result. The product is certainly fit for purpose, in particular, the quoted sizing is very accurate & therefore, I'm completely satisfied with my purchase accordingly.
