  Right after I purchased, Akiko, the manager, reached out to me and let me know their process going forward. I was very worried about packaging since it was being shipped internationally, but they exceeded my expectations, even including corner protectors.   I am beyond ecstatic with my purchase. Seller was very helpful and communicative in answering queries about import to the UK. Pikachu arrived in it's box in perfect, brand new condition.   Probably the most money I’ve ever spent on a reel, and hated when it arrived not working properly. Seller was very responsive, and though it took a bit to send back and forth through customs, all worked out. Thanks again signpost! I would definitely do business again.

  I love her! She's just as stunning as in person. The sculpting and paint are very detailed and precise. The box was a little damaged at the corners when it arrived, but I don't think that's an issue for most buyers.
