Neon is great and the case is above average. Double boxed for no damage arrival. Purchased on a Thursday and did not get shipped out until Saturday but acceptable, USPS for a lack of words sucked! Arrived at my distribution hub and then shipped out of state by mistake, arrived 3 days late and the mail person delivered to the wrong house, none of this was in the sellers control .

The value is probably on par but it was not as described. I even sent the seller a message requesting the exact dimensions of the sign and the seller confirmed the 27x20 size. When the item arrived, the actual dimension was 22 1/2" x 18 1/2", much smaller than expected. I contacted the seller and they apologized for the error. I have purchased a sign from another seller.
