  Bought the item, seller gives a story about selling item last week and someone didn’t pay. I paid this week and then he says he’s gonna refund me because his brother somehow has the item. Still no refund and still not shipped.

  We received a refund for the item, whose price had gone up after our order was accepted. There was an issue with the supplier, delaying our refund for about a month after purchase. Even though it was frustrating, dentalfuntoys did try to refund sooner and eventually was able to provide a full refund.
