I believe the condition was better than described, which was great to see. Value: At 195 the product was pretty good value considering others were selling for 200 to 250. Appearance: The appearance and packaging was as expected for an eBay purchase. Packaging was adequate for the product.

Communication through the whole process was great! After returning the initial phone, a replacement was offered and the replacement has worked flawlessly since arrival.
