  I specified my Jetta's factory Radio and they sent the wrong harness so I can't use the radio they sent me unless I opt to hardwire it. Upon reaching out to them and before they even shipped the unit they are extremely slow to respond and don't offer much information nor is it the correct Information related to the specific unit I bought from them. Not a very great seller and I'm not happy with them. Don't waste your time.

  Thank you, Siebzehnauto! Excellent seller, top communication. Good description of the product, fits my car perfectly. No installation instructions but it's intuitive and simple. The microphone was missing from the package, fortunately I had a compatible one at home. The online negative aspect: DHL Italy messed up. Again.
