    I'm very pleased with this. A lovely pandora charm, very well packaged and arrived in good time. The charm was sold with a pandora drawstring gift pouch but the seller said if a box was preferred the buyer could ask. I did prefer a box and not only was this sent but a gift pouch was also included. Excellent service, thank you.

    Absolutely disgusting service, I ordered a Christmas present for my son’s girlfriend in plenty of time for Christmas , two weeks before. I asked them to post asap as it was a present, I didn’t ask once for the order to be cancelled! But without any contact a few days before Christmas my order was cancelled. I had to message to ask why it was cancelled and was told it wouldn’t arrive for Christmas? Then messaged saying dispatched?? Now told not sent on Christmas Day 😡?? Why??

    Arrived very late, missing one of the diamonds. Seller said they’d refund, then went quiet! Item isn’t checked before sending, if it were checked then they would’ve seen one of the diamonds missing. Ring was in a bag inside the box, had it just fallen out of the ring then it would have been in the bag. Bought as a Christmas present, now left with not enough time to source another before the day. Avoid -
