    I have always said that when doing business, it is not if there is a problem but what do they do about it! The item was shipped promptly, and shipping cost was fair. The issue was the item was described as open box and it was not working properly. I am pretty handy so after a lot of time and effort I resolved it myself. I think the item may have been sitting around for a while. Seller made every effort to make it right. Excellent communication. He adjusted the price and apologized. Great Seller!

    Not only did i get a really good deal, but this seller did an excellent job of getting my item to me faster, and better packaged, than i could have expected.     I bought The Dark Tower boxed series from this seller and I am very pleased with them. This heavy set arrived in as new condition due to it being very well packed. Second, and as important is that the price was very competitive. Overall I'm super happy with this experience.
