  Item arrived as advertised though it took more than double the time stated for delivery. Item was packaged very well and the package arrived in excellent condition. As of value, being an original Burberry brand article since it is used, it arrived in excellent condition as well.

  The item was packaged sufficiently. The shipping was very fast. The item was basically as pictured and described. Unfortunately I did return the bag, but the seller was very understanding and the transaction went very smoothly. Excellent seller!

  Nicer than expected for an older bag. Great communication from the seller and very well wrapped. Spent a bit of time in customs but after that was delivered I several days. Would definitely buy from this seller again

  This bag is in excellent condition as stated in the description with no holes, stains, or smells. Very fast shipping -- I paid on a Thursday and received it on a Monday. There was no wrapping, however it arrived without any damage as those white plastic shipping bags are very secure. I would purchase from this seller again, thanks!
