  The seller was very communicative and went above and beyond to inform me about the delivery times and make sure I was satisfied. Shipping time took 19 days but I already know since it comes from India,waiting was worth it because the item arrived exactly as described. Excellent customer service, (I would absolutely recommend!)   Purtroppo il prodotto non era quello ordinato il venditore gentilmente mi ha effettuato il rimborso, a mio carico sono rimasti gli oneri doganali che sono di €. 7.90, che poi sarebbe il prezzo del prodotto arrivato sbagliato. Grazie

  Unfortunately i have not received any items from this seller yet since I ordered a couple of times, eBay sent me text messages saying that your item delivered but unfortunately nothing delivered yet

  The seller was very slow in shipping this item. I had to send an inquiry before it was shipped. Because of this delay, the item ended up being stuck in a postal strike in my country which further needlessly delayed delivery. It would not have been an issue if it had been shipped promptly. Also, the item was advertised as new and unopened. In reality, it had been opened and there is a scratch on the handle. There was also zero communication from the seller. I do not recommend this seller.

  Arrived in Italy 25 days after ordering. Everything is fine, but I had to pay 17,23€ tax, which is a lot. But it is not the seller's fault, so overall I am happy. Thanks.
