  Alex came highly recommended.. after sending payment he advised me immediately that product was no longer in stock but that he would send something comparable. We played message tag for about a week but he always kept in contact. In the end, not only did he send me a great Bat he sent me a Bat even better than the one I initially ordered.. and he overnighted it so i could have it in time for my tourney.... as stated he came HUGHLY recommended and didn't disappoint..

  Second bat I have bought from showtime softball bats. Have not got a chance to swing this one yet. Hoping to take a few swings with it tomorrow. Seller communicates very well, and helps to solve issues. We did have a little bit of hiccup with the shipping of this bat. No fault of the seller! Package was misplaced and found after 6 days at the facility. Not a huge deal but I assumed it was lost. Seller agreed to send me another one soon if it didn’t show up.

  Received wrong bat like others have reported. Original bat was listed on here but not even in sellers possession per their communication. I'm guessing that's why I got something other than what I ordered. Anyway, they offered a partial refund to keep what was sent. I am assuming it's a regular plan to move more bats since I am not the only one leaving similar feedback.

  Seller sent the wrong item. The seller gave me two options - 1) send it back for a full refund or 2) to test the bat out for an entire week. I chose to test the bat out and I’m glad I did. Bat is exactly as the seller described - pertaining to its performance. The seller provided great customer service and was very responsive to all my emails. Mistakes happen and the seller made everything right - and was in constant communication. Five out of five stars!

  Alex was great to deal with. Answered questions quickly. Sent pics of work. Also replaced an end cap for next to nothing. Can’t wait to hit it . Thanks so much. PS . I’ll get back to ya after I hit it .🤙

  It's been over two weeks and it has not arrived. I know they said between the 12th and the 22nd and today is the 12th so in all fairness they have 10 more days. There is also no place to indicate the weight of the bat so I sent an email saying 27.5 oz. or even 27 oz. would be OK, but I never heard anything back. I hope they received my email and everything is going to work out. I guess I'll wait and see.
