  Barely answers messages, took 28 days to ship item, item was not new as described and therefore I had to get a refund. Refund process was a nightmare, seller lied to me and told me return shipping labels weren’t available to international buyers and I had to buy one on my own and he would refund me. Of course, one week after my return was delivered to the seller, I still hadn’t received a refund. I had to open a case with eBay. Return shipping not refunded, no replies, avoid at all costs.

  This was NOT a brand new DVD, as advertised - not sealed, and dust and marks within case indicate past use. Therefore over-priced for a used DVD. Positive marks for fast delivery but sellers have an obligation to be honest with potential buyers.

  Purchased Bones: The Complete Collection | Season 1-12 (DVD, 66-Disc set) NEW- Definitely not as advertised as I received season 1-8 + 11 & 12 some three weeks later only to be told that season 9 & 10 were to follow when they had arrived. Seasons 1 -8 not new in plastic wrap, although in good condition. Whole experience has not been a pleasant one. Seller only communicated after I had sent them messages. 5 weeks + to receive product from SA seller to SA buyer is not good .
