  I can only report on my experience. The item was lost in the post, so the seller when notified of late delivery, he checked with the courier and found out the tracking was not working. He said it had been lost and gave me an immediate refund with apologies. Very good service.

  Ordered this when we got snow, got asked would we accept a red instead of blue as blue out of stock.it arrived within 2 days but was blue. Thank you for your phone call and thank you for finding my a blue one. Very good customer service, great product, kids had great timecgreat Tim playing whilst snow lasted. Thank you.

  These are 1/2" tap tops with 3/4" adaptors. I was given a partial refund when I pointed this out, as I requested. The seller communicated well, but has still not amended the description as I suggested. In other respects everything was fine.
