  A bit of confusion on my part, assuming every kind of Papermate refill would fit any Papermate pen body. This was explained and resolved to my satisfaction, and so goodwill was maintained. Will use this site again as and when I need further supplies of stationery. There is a comment below about "did item arrive on time" I am almost sure this was down to Royal Mail and their erratic deliveries rather than the supplier.
