    Very good packaging and customer service, was as described. Shipping was quick less than a week and was great value. Had bubble wrap and plastic covered with styrofoam.👍

    when I received the case and after installed. I has one RGB fan is not working, I trying to contact seller's, They're only said will sending me new fan, after I waitting on week still not any respond, this mean this case will pending forever. I'm not recommend to this seller. also I will telling my friends and post this seller on my social media.

    Unfortunately there was a issue with my order, Had nothing to do with the seller though, for some reason my package seems to be lost or something. It stopped updating its tracking and it's was past the delivery date. The seller was able to refund me my money, They have very great response and attitude. Through out the entire conversation I had, they were very respectful and well mannered. I would recommend buying from the seller, just hope that UPS doesn't delay the package somehow.

    Display is in great condition for the price. Screen looks flawless and meets my expectations. Had some issues with the included power supply and sent a message to the seller, they had another one shipped and on its way to me the next day. Great seller.

    Received defective monitor. Dell was little help and refuses to repair or replace monitor. However, seller was stellar - making immediate and full refund with no fuss from them. It is so refreshing to find a credible seller. Monitor defect was not seller's fault. I would do business with them again any day. Thank you Auri.
