Il nostro viaggio è iniziato nel 2015, abbiamo iniziato a vendere cavi di alimentazione sostitutivi mentre lavoravamo per un'azienda di e-commerce. La nostra passione per le vendite online è cresciuta, portandoci a fondare il nostro marchio di accessori per chitarra, Silenceban, nel 2018. Tuttavia, le nostre opinioni sono cambiate a causa dei cambiamenti climatici e abbiamo deciso di fare la differenza. Il nostro obiettivo è recuperare, riparare e rivendere oggetti usati e rotti per dare loro una seconda vita. In questo modo, speriamo di ridurre gli sprechi e svolgere un ruolo nel salvare il pianeta.

    I ordered the sensor, waited a week, and nothing had happened. I contacted the buyer and got a generic response saying they'd be in touch. They didn't. A week later I received a notification it had been shipped with a tracking number and expected delivery date. It never arrived and the tracking number was stuck on "package received". So a week later I asked for a refund, still no comms from the seller and eventually ebay automated the refund. Utterly hopeless.

    Terrible experience . Waited for machine to arrive only to find they've sent wrong one . The one they sent I could have got £20 cheaper in the shops if I had wanted it .
