    The item was very lovely and just as described. It was packaged well and shipped the next day. It did take about two weeks to arrive but that was in no way due to the seller. They provided a tracking number and I was able to see the delays in transit. It arrived well packaged and no worse for its journeys. I would definitely buy from this seller again.

    The seller was wonderful to work with! There was an issue in shipping, and they reported the package as missing to make sure USPS was on the case (it went from the Midwestern US to Guam, and then Hawaii just to get back to the Midwestern US to get to me, so it's seen more of the world than I have!). The key chain was new with tags and in the original plastic baggie as described, and I love it! Great seller all the way around! A++
