  Didn’t end up receiving the item due to the colour I ordered not being in stock, but neither did they put that on the system nor tell me, but they said they had contacted me, so I’m a little confused :( Happy I did contact them though, otherwise I wouldn’t have found out about this. I’m sure the company is great, but this is my experience with them.

  I bought canvas material from this seller and it was listed free postage . Royal Mail left a card through my letterbox telling me they would not deliver the item as the seller paid insufficient postage. I was forced to go through the Royal Mail depot and pay £4.90 . I contacted the seller and sent photos of the card and the receipt for the postage. The seller was dismissive and despite a second attempt by me to ask for a refund of the postage cost, they never responded. This is a scam.
