  I was heartbroken and angry when I opened the package. This Julie Vos necklace was severely damaged the stone was defective. This is a statement piece. The statement is What happened Julie Vos did not sell this necklace in this defective state. Get ready for it to be returned again if you try to scam anyone else. Buyer Beware!!!!!!   As I mentioned in an earlier comment. I sent a full disclosure in the item description that the stone had a shadow on it. I also said to look at all the pictures of the item including 3 close ups of the stone itself. The buyer didn’t not read the description or look at the pictures and wants you to blame me for her oversight not mine. Maybe she should actually read the descriptions that are provided . I have been an established seller with over a 1200 items sold and feedback. She has8 trans
