  Was alittle apprehensive about buying something from China on eBay. But the price was waaay better than any sellers in the US, so I gave it a shot. This seller is outstanding!!! Item was brand new as described and was shipped in a way that I believe might stop bullets or a nuclear blast, so it arrived in perfect shape. High quality Enterbay original stuff. Looks amazing. I’d definitely order from them again. It also got here much faster than estimated. Very pleased!

  Seller is very good. The item was packaged really well and carefully to ensure no damage to the product and it arrived earlier than expected, so I was very pleased. However, though the box appeared very authentic, upon opening the packages, I found that the labubus were not authentic. Upon alerting the seller of this, he was very reasonable and refunded the full amount without question. I really appreciate this. Easiest transaction I've ever had despite the product not being what I expected.

  This seller is awesome. Great communication. Fantastic prices. Items always arrive either on time or earlier than estimated. Each piece is indevidually wrapped and taped and shipping box is bubble wrapped on the outside. Definitely experienced in international shipping. Because boxes take a beating traveling so far and product always arrives perfect. This is a well trusted seller I've purchased from many times. I would highly recommend them.   Excellent communication, always friendly and quick to reply, and managed expectations by explaining delays caused by ordering just before Spring Festival, along with challenges of shipping. Once able to be shipped, the product arrived much sooner than I'd expected, and was very probably the most carefully and robustly packaged item I have ever received from anywhere, ever. Item was exactly as described, and was completely intact after its 10km journey. Highly recommended seller.
