    This is my third attempt to contact you regarding the Dell Latitude E6430s laptop I purchased on April 27. I’ve reached out twice without any response. As of today, I’ve not received any tracking information or shipping confirmation. If I do not hear back from you shortly, I will be filing a complaint with eBay to resolve the issue.
